About Us

Valkommen Plaza is a privately owned, HUD subsidized housing community.  Our apartment prices are income-based, and we cater to seniors, elderly, handicapped, disabled, section 8 housing, and more.  Apartments include 1-2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom.  Our all-electric apartments are metered individually to meet your needs and convenience.

Open House takes place every Wednesday from 1:00-3:00pm– Stop in for a tour! Walk-ins are always welcome!
